Short answer: Duane is an amazing human and lender - you absolutely cannot go wrong. The hype is real. Long answer: Oh man where to start....It was Saturday night, I was frantically trying to set up some tours four houses on Sunday since my wife and I both work full time and are in school too. I did a ton of zillow hits trying to schedule with an agent and I guess at a certain point the universe said "hey you should get a lender" and Zillow sent me Duane's way. He promptly responded that night and we went back and forth sunday prior to our tours. He was able to provide me a worksheet for every house we looked at Sunday - HUGE plus when we went to the builders/relators with that.
